I cannot overstate how perfect Dr. Lauren’s care for our cat, Oscar, was this morning. Though he had been unwell for some time, overnight it became apparent that our friend was uncomfortable and nearing the end. It was a Sunday. All emergency vets in the area were closed and, also, he was always a terrible cat at the vet so we weren’t sure if an emergency vet experience would make his end worse, rather than better. I found this organization, sent a request for care about 6:00 a.m., received a call back a few minutes after 7:00 a.m., and by 9:00 a.m. Dr. Lauren was with us. Within minutes of coming into the house she was able to give him an anesthetic that took away all his pain, and he had a very peaceful end a few minutes later. I have had several pets euthanized at various vets over the years, with varying experiences, good and bad, but this was the best end you could imagine for your pet. Dr. Lauren had a perfect, kind manner. She understood cats. And people. And we are so grateful for her.
