Join Our Client Care Team
The Client Care Team is typically the first point of contact for our clients. In order to provide the best possible experience during a very difficult time, the Client Care Team is in place to answer questions, provide support, and schedule appointments for clients. Additionally, the Client Care Team provides support for our veterinarians. Client Care Team members must be compassionate, empathetic, and patient. Successful members of our team have a love for animals, suburb organizational skills, the ability to multitask, great phone etiquette, strong computer knowledge, a love for learning, an ability to problem solve, and a willingness to help wherever needed.
