Words can’t express how much gratitude we have for the grace and kindness of Dr. Tillman. We have had 16 amazing years with our “soulmate” dog, Boston and even though it was one of the hardest decisions to make we knew he was tired of battling his illness and his body just couldn’t do what he wanted to do. He was in pain no matter how well he hid it with his little wag of this tail and loving he would give us. He was ready to go to the Rainbow Bridge and wait for us while playing with his old friends and new friends he has met. We miss him so very much and the wound is still fresh as we heal and accept grief as all the unexpressed Love we want to give to him. Dr. Tillman greeted us with respect and compassion. He was so kind to Boston in his last moments and respected his life on this Earth. Dr. Tillman waited patiently for us to say our final goodbyes with our physical body of Boston and when the time was ready he made sure Boston was safe and warm when leaving us. We just can’t say Thank you enough Dr. Tillman. You are a kind soul who has more empathy and compassion then we could have imagined and made this process more comforting and reassuring.
